Registration Guide

The following steps will guide you through the "DNC 2022: Biodiversity - Stewardship for Vital Resources" registration process in CONVERIA.

Please indicate if you register a single person or a group. Proceed by clicking on the button "Start the booking process".

If you have a voucher code, please enter the code. Please also indicate if you book a regular or a reduced ticket. Reduced tickets are available for students and participants of ODA countries. Please continue your booking process.

If the information on the screen is correct, please click on "Accept offer and continue". Please note that you will qualify for an early bird ticket, if you register until 15 April 2022.

You need to have a CONVERIA account to register for DNC2022. Please use your existing login details if you have already created an account. Otherwise, please create a new account.

If you create a new account, please be advised that you need to indicate whether you consent for your image to be displayed in photos, videos, screenshots etc.

Please check that your registration information is correct. If you need to make any changes, please select the "Edit" button.

Please select a payment method and accept the "Conditions of participation".

Your booking is now complete. You can download your invoice and your booking confirmation. If your payment method is "Bank transfer", please remember that the payment has to be received in our account within 14 days.  

If you have selected a reduced fee ticket, please upload verified proof of your status (student ID/ ODA country ID). We only require your name and your country / University. All other personal data can be blacked out before uploading the document (see "Upload documents").  

You can upload the required document directly.

If you first need to obtain the required document, you can also access your "Personal conference area" at a later stage and upload then.
